Trail is choppy when TrailRenderer is set to local space
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make both Scene and Game views visible
3. Enter play mode
4. Navigate through the game with WASD
5. Observe trail in both scene and game views
Expectation: trail is seamless
Actual: trail is choppy, moving as player moves
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f1, 5.5.2f1, 5.5.2p4, 5.6.0f2, 2017.1.0a5
