[Touchscreen] Unity WebGL instance loses Focus with Touch Input and can't regain Focus using Touch Input
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project
2. Build and Run
3. Use a touch input to press the button to open a Youtube player
4. Use a touch input to press Play on the Video
5. Use a touch input to press the button to close the Youtube player
Expected result: The Youtube Player Closes
Actual result: The Input is not registered
Reproducible with: 2020.3.16f1
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2021.1, 2021.2, 2022.1 (Assembly errors)
