Touch inputs ignored or miscalculated after spamming input repeatedly
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project
2. Build and Run
3. Repeatedly spam touch Inputs
Expected result: The touch inputs stay accurate and consistent
Actual result: After a few minutes of spamming the Inputs break, causing the following touches to not be counted, or applied at the wrong coordinates
Reproducible with: 2019.4.21f1
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2020.3, 2021.1, 2021.2 (Inconsistent repro)
