Touch Input not counted on secondary Display
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open Assets\Main scene
3. Build and Run the game
4. Touch the secondary screen
Expected result: Touch count is updated to the number of active touches
Actual result: Touch count remains 0
Reproducible with: 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4 (Project breaks)
