Touch input is inversed and otherwise broken on a Touch Screen Monitor when a project is built for WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “WebTest.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Pan by touching and moving the finger across the Game view, Zoom in/out by making the pinch gesture, and observe the behavior
5. Exit the Play Mode
6. Build and run the project in WebGL
7. Repeat step 4 in the Player
8. Observe the Player
Expected results: Panning in the scene works the same as in the Editor, Zooming works as in the Editor
Actual results: Panning direction is inverted, Zooming in is barely possible, and on every pinch gesture start the Camera teleports back out a few units
Reproducible in: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1, 6000.0.22f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
