Touch events are not registered in the game view during play mode on touch screen devices or monitors
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "touch_test".
2. Open scene "touchtest".
3. Run the project.
4. Try to touch the screen.
5. Notice how Unity Editor doesn't register touches in game view on touch screen monitors.
Reproduced with: 5.3.1f1, 5.4.0b20
Note: in order to test this issue you need a touchscreen laptop/monitor. This issue was tested with 'lenovo Yoga 2 Pro'. Also, touches are registered when project is built.

Bump to this. Not being able to test touch on the fly in play mode adds ENORMOUS amounts of work to mobile app development. I bought a 2 in 1 laptop just for mobile development and was very disappointed to find touches didn't register.
