Tooltips are shown from underneath when hovering over Particle System Curves
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "ReproProj" project
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene" scene
3. In the Hierarchy window, select the "Particle System" GameObject
4. Click on the rectangle to the right of "Start Speed" to open "Particle System Curves"
5. Hover over the middle-left of the "Particle System Curves"
6. Observe the results
Expected results: Tooltips are not shown through the Particle System Curves
Actual results: Tooltips are shown through the Particle System Curves
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
