[Toolbar][Win10] Asset import doesn't update toolbar unless focused
To reproduce:
1. Open any bigger project (just so asset import would take some time)
2. Notice that toolbar icon stays like Unity is inactive even though import process started (check screen)
If you focus on import toolbar will update correctly and will start showing the import process
