TOC doesn't expand to selected page in User Manual after installation of additional platform
1. Install Unity
2. Open some page in User Manual and verify that Table of Content at left side is expanded to this page.
3. Install e.g. Xbox360 target support
4. Open documentation and navigate to some page
Expected: TOC is expanded to page
Actual: Doesn't expand
If renaming Manual\docdata\global_toc.js it works (but then you of course loose platform docs in TOC)
