[TMP] OnEndEdit is not called when clicking away after scrolling in an Input Field
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "InputFieldBugDemo" and run "SampleScene"
2. Click on the Input Field
3. Scroll while the cursor is over the Input Field
4. Click outside the Input Field
Expected result: OnEndEdit is called
Actual result: OnEndEdit is not called
Reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1 (no Package Manager)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.1.2-preview, 1.4.1, 2.0.1, 3.0.0-preview.3
Note: If step 3 is skipped, OnEndEdit is called successfully
