[TMP] No warning is given for dynamic font's missing Glyph when "Disable Warnings" is disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "TMPNoWarning" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "Canvas" -> "Text (TMP)" GameObject
3. In Inspector window, "TextMeshPro - Text (UI)" -> "Text Input", paste 'ã' at the end of the string.
Expected result: Warning is given
Actual result: No warning is given
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1 (TMP 1.5.0-preview.14), 2019.4.2f1 (TMP 1.4.0, 2.1.0-preview.14), 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15 (TMP 3.0.0-preview.14)
Could not test with: 2019.4.2f1 (TMP 1.0.21, 1.3.0 project breaks)
