Tizen: Profiler won't connect either auto or manual
Can't get the profiler to connect to the device. I tried both auto and manual connections. Win 8.1 tested only, was on same Wifi net
To repro:
1) Deploy attached project to device in dev mode with autoconnect on.
2) Observe it does not connect.
3) Attempt to connect manaully - observe IP shows up.
4) Choose your phone's IP. Observe it attempts to connect, but isn't able.
Regression: this is a regular regresser, but I need to research where I've seen it before. No time right now.
