Timeline time slider resets to frame 0 when using Ctrl-Z after making any changes
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Timeline
3. Create an object and create a Timeline asset for it
4. Move to a frame other than 0
5. Record any changes
6. Press CTRL+Z to undo
7. Time slider snaps back to frame 0
Reproducible with: 2018.3.5f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.3.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.28f1, 2018.3.4f1
Actual results: frame changes to 0
Expected results: frame stays where it was
