[Timeline] The audio track is not synced with the original audio track when recorded not on the first frame
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "TimelineIssue.zip"
2. Press the Play button to record an audio
3. Go to the Recording folder in the Assets folder
4. Place the recorded audio tracks in the Timeline and compare them with the original audio track
Expected results: Recorded audio starts on the same frame
Actual results: Recorded audio does not start on the same frame
Reproducible with: 1.5.5 (2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.11f1), 1.6.0-pre.5 (2021.2.0a19)
Can't test with: 2018.4.35f1 (No Unity Recorder)
