1. What happened
Fields in Inspector edited during Timeline record are stuck to their starting value and scrubbing doesnt reflect changes (even though timeline curves have correct values). Fixes on play
2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
1) Open attached project and scene Test
2) Select Main Camera and open Timeline window
3) Start record on Direction Light track
4) Scrub to not frame 0 and try dragging any rotation value in Inspector
5) Value snaps back to original, timeline curve is jittery and incorrect
