[Timeline] Duplicated tracks are broken on awake and never execute clips
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and select Timeline in Hierarchy window
2. Duplicate one track and add "Yellow" prefab to it
3. Enter Play Mode and Play Timeline
4. Exit Play Mode, Select Timeline in Hierarchy Window and mark Play on awake
5. Enter Play Mode
Actual result: Duplicated tracks becomes broken and stops playing
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0b2
Not reproduced with: 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b4
Issue no longer reproduced from 2017.3.0b3
