No
Timeline.MarkerTrack player deserialization does not match build serialization
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "My2019Proj.zip"
2. Switch to Android
3. In the top menu bar go to Test->BuildTvPrefab to rebuild AssetBundle
4. Build the apk and run on an android device
5. Click buttons and will get errors in Android Logcat
Expected results: AssetBundle loads successfully
Actual results: AssetBundle load fails to result with an error
Reproducible with: 2019.4.19f1
