Timeline doesn't override Animator animating a child transform when the "PlayableDirector" binds to the child directly

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” project
2. Open the “Working/Working” Scene
3. Observe the “AnimatedObject” GO’s movement
4. Open the “Not Working/Not Working” Scene
5. Observe the “AnimatedObject” GO’s movement

Expected result: Movement in both Scenes is the same
Actual result: The “Not Working” Scene does not have side movement

Reproducible with: 1.6.5, 1.7.0, 1.8.3 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a19)

Reproducible on: Windows 10

- Side movements in the “Not Working” Scene can be seen when watching the Scene view (example in attached video)
