Timeline animated object jumps around while animating its Position or Rotation when Scale was animated first
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open SampleScene in the attached project
2. Select Plane and in Timeline window add Animation Track with Plane's animator
3. Start recording animation
4. Change scale
5. Try chaning Position or Rotation
Expected result: values are changing smoothly, changes only selected value
Actual result: object is jumping around, other values of Position and Rotation are affected
Reproducible: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0a11
Not reproducible: 2017.4.10f1, 2018.2.6f1
Workaround: Enable "Apply Root Motion" in Animator (this workaround is possible only since 2018.3.0a4)
