TilemapRenderer material values cannot be changed using MaterialPropertyBlock
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached “MaterialPropertyBlock.zip” Unity project
2. Open “BugReport” scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected results:
Tilemap visual is changed after it is modified using SetPropertyBlock
Actual results:
Tilemap remains unchanged
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.2.0b1
