Tile Palettes Option Toggle buttons do not redraw the Tile Palette
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a 2D Project
# Create a Tile Palette with Sprites (using 2D Tilemap Extras samples from the Package Manager)
# Toggle options for editing or Grid View on the right side of the Tile Palette without moving the cursor over into the Tile Palette Viewport
# Move cursor into the Tile Palette Viewport to redraw it
*Actual results:* The togglable option buttons do not redraw the Tile Palette Viewport immediately after clicking them, user has to move their cursor to the Viewport for it to redraw
*Expected results:* Clicking these buttons redraws the Viewport immediately so that the user can see the result
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.3f1, 6000.0.10f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.2f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
