Thumbnails for prefabs do not appear until reimporting
Steps to reproduce :
- create a new project
- import a package from the Asset Store ( https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/43187 ) and notice the prefabs do not have thumbnails
- reimport the Prefabs folder and notice the thumbnails appear
