There is no plugin for TMPro for Linux
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Go to "Window -> TextMeshPro -> Font Asset Creator"
3) Either close both windows or try generating an asset
Expected: Either it just closes or generates the asset
Actual: An error appears in console that the plugin is missing
Reproduced in 2018.2.7f1, 2018.3.0f2, 2019.2.0a2

Resolution Note (fix version 1.4.0):
Release 1.4.0 of the TMP UPM package will be using the new TextCore:FontEngine which will support font asset generation at runtime on all platforms.
