There is no Perforce "Check Out" button in the Mobile Notifications settings when project is connected to the server
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “mobilenotificationsrepo” project
2. Connect it to a Perforce repository
3. Open the “Project Settings → Mobile Notifications” settings in the menu
4. Observe the bottom of the settings
Expected result: “Check Out” button exists
Actual result: There is no “Check Out” button
Reproducible with: 2.1.0 (2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a20)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
Note: Changes applied to “Mobile Notifications” settings aren’t visible to VCS when using Plastic SCM

Resolution Note (fix version 2.2.1):
It's complicated to add the button, so the simpler solution was chosen: changing notification settings will automatically checkout the settings file to be able to update it.
