[Themes] Cursor is clipped in search bar of Package manager when using Verdana/ Lucida Grande font
Cursor in the search bar of package manager is clipped when using the font Verdana on Windows or Lucida Grande on Mac. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Preferences > General > Editor Font > Verdana for Windows
OR
2) Unity > Preferences > General > Editor Font > Lucida Grande for Mac
3) Window > Package Manager
4) Click on search bar
Actual result: Cursor is clipped in search bar of Package manager
Occurring on: 2019.3.0f6 (4f179a04ad78)
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a20, 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.0f5
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
