The y is flipped when Texture2D.ReadPixels from source
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “read_pixels_test.zip”
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: The third texture in the Game view reads pixels from the lower left
Actual results: The third texture in the Game view reads pixels from the upper left
Reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1 (C# 9.0 not supported)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
