The wrap Text does not function with Vertical Layout
Steps to repro:
1) Create a vertical layout group element
2) Add a child element with a component Text
3) To the text field write some long text and set Wrap Mode to Wrap
4) Add text to elements in Vertical Layout Group
5) Set Preferred width on Text element in Vertical Layout Group
6) Uncheck Expand width on Text element in Vertical Layout Group
Expected behavior: the text would wrap
Actual behavior: the text does not wrap
