The view of the app is not fully visible when changing screen orientation on an iOS 16 device
How to reproduce:
1. Build and Run the “16.zip” project on a device with iOS 16
2. In-app rotate a device to change the orientation
3. Observe the app
Expected result: The app view is rotated
Actual result: The app’s view is moved and just a part of it is visible
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a19, 2023.1.0a2
Reproduced on: VLNQA00450 - iPhone 8, 16.0 iOS
Not reproduced on: VLNQA00358 - iPhone 12, 14.1 iOS

The issue is with iOS 16 specific versions, upgrading it resolves the issue. Reproduced with iOS 16 beta 2, not reproducible with iOS beta 3
