The Unity Hub keeps references to uninstalled Unity Editor versions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Install 10 different Unity Editor versions
3. Delete the installation directories for 9 of them
4. Go to the Install section of the Unity Hub
5. Observe the installed Unity Editor versions
Expected results: The deleted Unity Editor versions are not present
Actual results: The deleted Unity Editor versions are present
Reproducible with: 3.5.1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (reported by the user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The issue was not reproduced by CQA

How on earth is this a won't fix?
It is such a low-hanging fruit for an issue people actually face. An issue that doesn't even result in an error, but has the hub silently fail to open a project. I reported the exact same thing which got closed as a duplicate of this one. Even the alternative Unity Launcher Pro manages to handle this case with a clear indication of what's wrong.
