The Timeline doesn't play when it was played and stopped by the different Timeline
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “Timeline Test”
2. Open the “BugReportScene” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Cube GameObject
Expected result: The Cube is moving
Actual result: The Cube is not moving because the Timeline is not playing, even though its state is Playing
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: This issue is not reproducible if between stopping by the different Timeline and playing the Timeline directly you wait for at least 1 frame
