The Texture preview is broken when the Texture Type is not Default and the UI Scaling is less than 200%
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “TexturePreview”
2. In the Project window click Assets → Textures → Concrete
3. Observe the preview of the “Ground_Normal” texture
Expected result: The Texture preview is displayed correctly
Actual result: There are black artifacts on the preview
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro with the 3840x2400 and 2560x1440 monitors with 175% and less UI scaling
