The Simulator tab scale is reset when using double-click to maximize and then shrink another window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Open the Game view
3. In the top left corner of the Game view, change the drop-down menu from “Game” to “Simulator”
4. Change the scale slider of the simulator to any value, or enable the “Fit to Screen” button
5. Double-click the header bar of any window to maximize it (for example, the Inspector)
6. Double-click the header bar again to reset the window
7. Observe the scale value of the Simulator view
Expected result: The scale remains unchanged
Actual result: The scale has been reset to its default value
Reproducible in: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.43f1, 6000.0.16f1
Reproducible on: macOS 23.6.0 (Silicon), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Using Shift+Space to maximize or shrink a window does not reset the Simulator scale
