The scroll bar in Text Mesh Pro Dropdown is in the middle of the dropdown area, not at the side
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (textMeshProDropdown.zip)
2. Open the "scene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Click on the dropdown in the game
Expected: the scroll bar is not in the middle of the dropdown area
Reproduced in 2018.1.0a7, 2018.1.0b9
Did not reproduce in 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.1.0b12, 2018.2.0a5
