The "RunStarted" callback method is not invoked when using the "TestRunCallback" attribute and the "ITestRunCallback" interface.
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Window → General → Test Runner
3. In the Test Runner window select EditMode and press Run All
4. Observe that there's no log for "Run Started" in the Console Window
Expected result: “RunStarted” method is invoked
Actual result: “RunStarted” method is not invoked
Reproducible with: 1.1.0 (2020.1.0a1), 1.1.31 (2020.2.40f1), 1.1.33 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15)
