The 'Run Selected' button is enabled on an empty project after importing a previously saved layout from a file
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1311024.zip' project
2. Open Window > Layouts > Load Layout from File...
3. Load the layout.wlt file (Assets > layout.wlt)
4. Observe the Test Runner window
Expected result: The 'Run Selected' button is disabled
Actual result: The 'Run Selected' button is enabled
Reproducible with: Test Framework 0.0.4-preview (2018.4.32f1), 1.2.20 (2020.2.5f1), 1.1.22 (2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a5)
Notes:
- Pressing the 'Run Selected' button runs an unknown or unspecified test process
- The issue doesn't reproduce after reopening the Test Runner window
