The right side of the Inspector flickers when undocked and resized by dragging the left side of the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Undock the Inspector
3. Resize the Inspector by dragging the left side of it
Expected results: The right side of the Inspector doesn't flicker
Actual results: The right side flickers leaking one of the previously focused windows
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.18f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The frequency of the flickering can vary in different Editor versions depending on the device
