The quote character is detected as BackQuote when the keyboard layout is set to English (UK)
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project 'BackQuote2021.3.29.zip'
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press the single quote key on the keyboard
Expected results: 'Key Quote pressed' is printed in the Console window
Actual results: 'Key BackQuote pressed' is printed in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
