The project fails to build when there is a .webp asset in the StreamingAssets folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Go to File > Build Settings and press the “Build And Run” button
Expected result: The project is built successfully
Actual result: The project fails to build
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b16, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.2.0b15
Reproducible on: Windows 10
