The Profile Analyzer's buttons and menus become unclickable when the window is maximized
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Open the Profile Analyzer window and dock it somewhere (Window > Analysis > Profile Analyzer)
3. Maximize the Profile Analyzer window (Shift+Space)
4. Attempt to click any of the buttons, or expand the menus
Expected result: The buttons are clickable and it is possible to expand and collapse menus
Actual result: None of the buttons are clickable, and the menus do not expand or collapse when clicking on them
Reproducible in: 2022.3.19f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.2.10f1,
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b7
