The Physics package is not on the list of Universal RP dependencies list
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Universal RP project
2. Open the Package Manager Settings (Edit->Project Settings...->Package Manager)
3. Check the "Show Dependencies" option
4. Open the Package Manager (Window->Package Manager)
5. Select the Universal RP package
6. Expand the Dependencies list on the left
Expected results: "Physics" package is on the list
Actual results "Physics" package is not on the list
Reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.23f1), 10.3.1 (2020.3.2f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.1f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a11)
Could not test with: 2018.4 because Universal RP was not available

Resolution Note:
The physics module is dependency of Core RP and required because of the Volume framework. Package manager doesn't show the full dependency tree, that's why this is not visible as dependency in URP package.
