The Package Manager's "install packages by..." panels break when Domain Reload is triggered, and the panel is open
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open (Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager)
3. Create a new script in the Project window
4. Reimport the script
5. Quickly (before Domain Reload is triggered), press on the "+" icon in the Package Manager and select either "install package from git URL" or "install package by technical name"
6. Observe the opened panel
Expected result: The panel renders as usual
Actual result: The panel does not render
Reproducible in: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.61f1, 6000.2.10f1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- The issue is very minor because if you click away to close the panel and reopen it, it will render as usual
- No errors are logged when reproduced
