The Object is not attached/assigned when assigning an Object to a Timeline Track expose reference
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ExposeReferenceDebugModeWithLibrary.zip"
2. Select Assets/3-LerpMoveObject/LerpMoveTimeline.playable in the Project window
3. Select "Directional Light" in the Timeline window
4. Select "Directional Light.prefab" as "Parent Object" in the Inspector window
Expected results: "Parent Object" is selected
Actual results: "Parent Object" is not selected
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.3.49f1, 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.2.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
