The lights in the Scene have blocky edges when using a Physical Camera and Forward+ Rendering Path
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "2023.1.zip"
2. Open Window>General>Game
Expected results: The lights in the Scene have smooth edges
Actual results: The lights in the Scene have blocky edges
Reproducible with: 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b5
Could not test with: 2021.3.29f1 (no Forward+ Rendering Path)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

I've encountered the same issue, the issue seems to be fixed in 2023.2.13f1. Will this fix be backported to older versions?
