The Hub does not prompt to install the required version for the Project if the version is older than 2019.2
How to reproduce:
1. Create a Project in Hub on 2018.4.7f1
2. Remove 2018.4.7f1 by going to "Installs" tab and selecting "Remove from Hub" in the version dropdown
3. Try to open the created Project
Expected Behaviour: Hub prompts the user to install the required version and give the option to download it on the spot
Actual Behaviour: Hub complains that the version is not right and tells the user to select it and download it from the list
Hub Version: 2.1.0

Currently, this only supports the versions currently available on the release list in Add install. We have feature plan to further improve this and add support to older versions. Stay tune!
