The Game View Scale slider value increases when the project is reopened after the Scale was set to the minimum value
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "GameView 2020.2.0b12.zip" or create a new project
2. In the Game View set the aspect ratio to any of the preset resolutions (or create a custom resolution)
3. Set the Game View Scale slider to the minimum value
4. Close and reopen the project
5. Observe the Game View Scale slider value
Expected result: The Game View Scale slider is set to the minimum value after reopening the project
Actual result: The Game View Scale slider value increases after reopening the project
Reproducible with: 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a5
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.29f1 (No UI scaling feature)
Notes:
- The issue reproduces only on preset (Standalone, Full HD, WXGA, QHD, 4K UHD) and custom resolutions
- The issue will not reproduce on the preset and custom aspect ratios
- If the Windows Scale Layout is set to 125+%, the issue will only reproduce if the UI custom scaling is set to 100%
- The issue will not reproduce if you have Windows Scale Layout on 125+% and the "Use default desktop setting"(Edit/Preferences/UI Scaling) is turned on
