The first key of the Animation track with the Track Offsets set to 'Apply Scene Offsets' is skipped in the Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open 'SampleScene' (Scenes > SampleScene)
2. Enter the Play mode
Expected result: The cube is left of the sphere
Actual result: The cube is on top of the sphere
Reproducible with: Timeline 1.2.6, 1.5.0-preview.5 (2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a3)
Cannot test with: 2018.4.28f1 (Timeline package not supported)
