The Enable/Disable Button in Built-In Package Window Lacks Adequate Height Spacing Compared to Unity Registry/In Project Windows
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new project
# Open the Packager Manager
# On the Left Panel, Select the Built-In Package
# Select any package
# Observe the height spacing of the Enable/Disable Button under Documentation link
# Compare to Buttons in Unity Registry/In Project windows
\\
*Actual results:* The Enable/Disable button height is lesser
*Expected results:* The Enable/Disable should be uniform on all Package Window
\\
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
\\
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04
*Note:* The smaller height makes it harder to click the *Documentation* link correctly and sometimes might make you click multiple times
