The editor's cleaning process gets stuck when the failed download gets canceled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Open Preferences > Installs
3. Set download location to C:\Program Files\Unity Hub
4. Start the installation of some editor
5. Cancel installation
6. Observer Hub’s window
Expected results: The installation is canceled and any downloaded files are removed
Actual results: The cleaning process gets stuck and becomes endless
Reproducible with: 3.6.1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
