The Diagnostics tab is empty when clicking the "I understand, show me the settings" button after maximizing and unmaximizing the Project Settings window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
3. Open the Preferences window (Edit > Preferences)
4. Dock the Preferences window and the Project Settings window
5. Maximize the Project Settings window
6. Unmaximize the Project Settings window
7. Open the Diagnostics tab in the Preferences window
8. Click the “I understand, show me the settings“ button
9. Observe the Diagnostics tab
Expected result: The Diagnostics settings are shown
Actual result: The Diagnostics tab is empty
Reproducible with: 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.34f1 (due to the warning confirmation not existing)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
1. Maximizing and unmaximizing other windows (Hierarchy window, Inspector window, Scene View, Game View) instead of the Project Settings window in step 5 does not reproduce the issue
2. Maximizing and unmaximizing other windows instead of the Project Settings window after step 8 fixes the issue and the Diagnostics tab is accessible again
