The Input is delayed when adding the user Input in the "Extensions handled" Input field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "UnityBugReport.zip" project
2. Navigate to Edit/Preferences/External Tools
3. Set Rider as the External Script Editor
4. Type fast in the Extensions handled Input field
5. Observe the Input delay
Expected result: Real-time Input addition
Actual result: The Input is slowly added
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b11, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.0a11, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a9, 2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.0b3
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (no "Extensions handled" Input field)
Notes:
1. Reproducible only when using Rider as External Script Editor
2. The issue is not reproducible when using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Notepad++ as External Script Editor
